Super Sonico Returns With Even More Costumes

By Spencer . November 28, 2013 . 12:21am

Kadokawa Games has another look at More! SoniComi from behind the camera. In the game you are a gravure photographer and the story progresses when you fulfill different requests. If you can get a high score with your photos the story continues. The story scenes play out like a standard adventure game, but there is also a communication mode where you can talk to Super Sonico.

More! SoniComi is slated for release on March 20, 2014 for PlayStation 3.

    So plot

    Such Jiggly

    Much meat

    • M’iau M’iaut

Sonico is not a shiba inu! Even with those hoots she could only feed 2 babies at once, not eight.

      • Raze

She just need to feed 1 though…

  • Kotorin

why no pc like the prequel?

    • Kumiko Akimoto

You get an upvote for that picture

  • Asuna Ilano

    • Dark Zerato

      You meant less clothes ?

  • Loli Summoner

Soooo its a game where you just take pictures of a girl with huge tits?Wow…. thats the funniest thing after….give this game, game of the year…Japanese fap games FTW!

    • Neppygear

This is not the first game of its ilk.

This is not even the perviest game of its ilk.

      • Loli Summoner

        I didn’t say it was.
        I didn’t say it is.

        • Neppygear

Then don’t be hatin’ and let people have their waifu.

          • Virevolte

He’s more astonished than anything else. And so am I.

      • Kumiko Akimoto

They did add a bit more perverted outfits in the ps3 version though, I’m pretty sure the idol master gravure game is more perverted in nature then this.

  • Xerain

    Still no Sonic Costume, huh?

(Yes, I am aware SEGA is in no way involved in this.)

  • Aoshi00

been wondering for a long time what did Sonico start as anyway, just a well endowed mascot in skimpy clothes? There’s tons of figures.. I know Hatsune Miku started as vocaloid then rhythm games and figures.. would feel too guilty playing this lol..

    • Testsubject909

I believe she started out as a company’s mascot? Or something?

Either way, she’s entirely hollow. She was just eye-candy and it exploded from there. And she hasn’t really been anything more then just eye-candy.

There’s also a PC game where you play as a photographer with Sonico being an upcoming idol, so it’s really another empty vapid fanservicey game.

So… Basically Sonico is a prime example that fanservice can sell and sell well based on nothing but sex appeal.

At least that’s what I think right now. If ever someone has more substantial information or corrections to make. I’ll gladly take them.

      • Testsubject909

PS. I think said PC game came into existence After Sonico became more popular. So again. Unless someone can correct me here, which if they do it’d be appreciated. I believe Sonico was born out of sex appeal and everything surrounding her is born out of that.

        • School Idol Addict

Didn’t she start as the mascot of Nitro+ ?

          • Testsubject909

As I said. A company’s mascot or something.

And from that, just kinda became a thing, all based on fanservice sex appeal.

Edit: Typo on Based. Initially wrote it as baed.

        • Aoshi00

yeah, and this PS3 game is actually an enhanced port of the PC ver that came earlier.. what I thought.. still all these years I keep thinking to myself who the heck is this busty girl w/ headphones that has dozens of figures, is there any story to her.. since her name sounds like “Sony”.. at least Miku was actually about making up songs w/ a robotic voice at first..

          • Kumiko Akimoto

Miku never stopped being about that and miku sounds terrible btw.
Sonico probably got a backstory after she was popular just like Miku. Since most of her well games and well now the anime are about her going out to become a model or idol it’s probably an average girl dreams of making it big.

          • Aoshi00

I’m neither a fan of Hatsune Miku or Sonico :P I was just curious what Sonico started as.. Miku was synthetic vocal but Sonico really started w/ nothing other than a sexy mascot.. kinda like Black Rock Shooter w/ just illustration and figures first..

          • Kumiko Akimoto

Black Rock shooter started off with the song

          • Aoshi00

BRS also started w/ a mere illustration by huke first, then a song, figures, OVA, etc. so at first it was really also not about anything and they just add more things to it afterwards.

        • Kumiko Akimoto

Of course she was born out of a fan service, she was the mascot for Nitro+’s music department, hence the constant headphones. She got popular because people liked her design so Nitro plus started developing games accordingly.
I don’t see anything wrong with that this game is pretty fun to play and it’s like project diva balls hard at times.

    • z_merquise

She started as a mascot character from Nitro+ music festival. This link below gives you more info about her if you’re curious.

      • Aoshi00

thanks, that explains the headphones :) it’s like a new figure for her pops up every other day I kept thinking what she is other than a mascot, so from Nitro+’s musical festival.. cuz all this time I just think about Sony or Sonic.. don’t think I’d be getting this though..

  • DarthSithZero

    Sonico for Vita, anyone?

  • >.>

I-I want to be her outfits.

  • Crimson_Cloud

I find her very attractive… but damn it all, I can’t focus enough. My sight goes down south far too many times…
