Capcom have revealed new features that will be included in Ultra Street Fighter IV when the game is released next June, alongside a new trailer.

In addition to the five new characters—four of which have been revealed thus far, in Poison, Hugo, Elena and Rolento—Ultra Street Fighter IV will also feature new modes. One of these will be an Online Training Mode that you can play with other players. Additionally, a Team Battle Mode will now allow for 3-on-3 matches.

New stages are being added to the game as well. Ultra Street Fighter IV will feature six new stages to fight in—Pitstop 109, Cosmic Elevator, Half Pipe and three others.

If you already own Super Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition on PC, Xbox 360 or PS3, you’ll be able to download Ultra for EUR14.99/$14.99. The console versions will be available in June 2014, with the PC release following in August.

Full retail and digital editions of the game will cost EUR39.99 / $39.99, and will be made available in August as well. Purchasing this will give you access to the full game, including all previously released DLC costumes.

      • Tyler Beale

If there is, hopefully it’ll be announced before location tests complete in Japan so players can give Capcom their input as far as balancing, etc.

        • TheHolypopeofgaming

I bet it’s Alex and they’re waiting for us to forget the “never seen before in a Street Fighter game” claim to announce him.

          • http://www.sunsetreflector.blogspot.com/ MyDearGirls

No Alex as that would ruin the game thanks.

          • TheHolypopeofgaming

Alex would make this game better

          • The Watcher

Alex wouldn’t be in it because they said it’s a character that has never been in a SF game.

          • TheHolypopeofgaming

            They lied

          • Sir Asdfghjkl

Alex? Oh, you mean the MAIN char. of SF3? Sure, definitely

No but that’s what everyone is guessing.

    • Chow

I wonder if they’re gonna pull a FFXV and suddenly announce the 5th character as the fifth coming… then change the title to Street Fighter 5.

    Dissapointed by the new modes.

Say what you will about Capcom, but they know how to make great trailers. Even for a game that’s 4 years old.
