Y’shtola From Final Fantasy XIV And FFX-2 Yuna Are In The New Theatrhythm Game

the1a Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call has more music like Advent: One Winged Angel from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and additional characters such as Zach from Final Fantasy VII.


V-Jump confirmed new characters like Y’shtola from Final Fantasy XIV. Yuna, Rikku, and Paine from Final Fantasy X-2 will be in the game as well as second version of Lightning from Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy. Players can unlock these characters by collecting crystal fragments just like in the original Theatrhythm.


Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call also has a search function where you can look for songs by their name and create a playlist of favorite tunes. Square Enix plans to release Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call for Nintendo 3DS in Japan in spring 2014.

    On one hand I like they’re adding additional characters with different outfits, but on the other hand, I hope those spaces didn’t take priority over brand new characters to Theatrhythm that weren’t even in the first game.

        There are many franchises that we’ve received the first (or even few) game but never the rest. I have no idea what sales were like for the first one, so although I’m sure we’re going to get it, I wouldn’t be too surprised if we didn’t.

    Probably gonna import as Japan tends to get the better DLC / extra goodies when it comes to anything Final Fantasy related.
