See The Monsters You Can Fight And Create In The Dragon Quest Monsters 2 Remake

Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca’s Marvelous Mysterious Key is loaded with all of the monsters from Terry’s Wonderland 3D and has new additions from Dragon Quest X. Altogether, there are over 800 monsters and that includes the Super G size monsters. Instead of bringing four regular size monsters to battle, you can go all in with one gigantic Super G monster.


Players still recruit monsters by scouting them and new for the Dragon Quest 2 remake you can create monsters by mixing and matching different parts. The game comes out in Japan on February 6, 2014.

    I will be getting the game same day it’s out. What makes things better is that I will be using my JPN 3DS LL with katsukity capture card and do a playthrough for you guys.

  • The original was one of my all time favorite games, and today I found out my cart’s battery has passed away… I guess I can hope beyond hope that this will receive localization, but without seeing Terry’s Wonderland or even a hint that it’ll come here (unlike DQ7&8, which seem to have localization hints), I’m just felling a mix of nostalgia and just plain being bummed out.
