Vanillaware made a major update for Dragon’s Crown

. If you clear floor nine in the Labyrinth of Chaos you can unlock Ultimate difficulty. This mode increases the max level from 99 to 255 and opens a new area, the Sky Tower of Dreams. This has randomly created dungeons for players to fight through. Dragon’s Crown will also get some tweaks like an item shortcut (L button + up on the d-pad) and total damage numbers. Vanillaware also adjusted skills, NPC behavior, and how items work in the player vs. player arena. The update is available in Japan right now.
