The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd will be an instant game collection title in Japan starting in mid January. With the release of 3rd, Falcom actually put the entire Trails in the Sky series on PlayStation Plus. Trails in the Sky was available in July 2013 and Trails in the Sky SC was on PlayStation Plus in December.
