Namco Bandai And CyberConnect2 Collaborating On New Mobile Game

By Sato . January 23, 2014 . 10:44pm

Namco Bandai and CyberConnect2 usually work together as publisher and developer on Naruto games (and more recently, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle), but they’re also working on a new smartphone project, according a teaser website.

The text on the website’s countdown page reads: “The adventure will be courageously endearing,” along with a description that says “New smartphone project, announcement in 6 days.”

While we don’t have any clues as to what it could be, the vintage map certainly has a One Piece vibe to it, which would also make sense when you consider Namco Bandai’s part in the project.

This, ever so much. Most I can say is that they at least had the decency to straight up say it’s for mobile.

Well, at least they said straight-up that it was mobile. Now people can get hype or not at their own pace! :D

  • I hate when my brain processes the titles before my eyes actually finish reading them lol. I was all excited, and then got to the mobile game part and just literally went “Oh.” lol

Curious to what this is going to be as we haven’t heard much from CC2 in little while.

My hearts breaks every time I see CyberConnect2 and mobile in the same sentence.
