would totally buy this if it was released in NA

    • God

As an ex hardcore player of maple story, i would too.

    • J_Joestar

Yeah, i remember the DS one actually being quite fun.

    • Zoozbuh

The DS version was surprisingly addictive – and that’s from someone who got a bit bored of the actual MS. There seemed to be cute characters/missions too, which made it a lot more playable (not that I understood any of it)

    Estelle is that you?

    • brostar

      Nah Estelle has twintails.

It’s not Maplestory unless all the other characters are called “Gokufan” followed by a set of numbers. Also do the NPCs simulate the obnoxiousness of Maplestory with whiny 13 year old gits spamming the chats?

  • disgaea36

people still play maple story wow

    • J_Joestar

I havent touched the original PC MMO game for years now, but i recall the DS game the eventually came out with was actually quite fun (more enjoyable than the actual MMO)

    • Kelohmello

Not only do people still play it, it’s getting a sequel.

  • Zoozbuh

“Standalone RPG” “going to Japan” ..OKAY seems to me like this would be the perfect time for a western localisation for the series on 3DS. COME ON PEOPLE AT SEGA, MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
