Time to get a PS Plus for my JPN account. :3

  • Lol. It’s my own fault for making the mistake and getting excited, but that feel when you get to the last few words in the article title. (Sadface) XD

    • Subaru

      Same here…. “Gust is bringing Ar no Surge and Ciel no Surge…” o_o :D “….to PlaystationPlus in Japan” ;____;

      • ShadowDivz

        Exactly me.

    • EtherealEarth

      Same here.

I was very excited when I read “Gust Is Bringing…” until it ended with in Japan ._.

    • HellMuT

      You’re not the only one.

    • God

      Siliconera really loves trolling us.

      • Kai2591

Haha! Yeah I’m starting to think they’re doing it on purpose :)

They must be having a lot of fun lol~

    • I did the same thing. Frown. ~_~()

    • ShadowDivz

  • Crazy_O

And I just got 3 Months of free PS+ on my japanese account when the PS4 Store opened for a short while. Yay!

  • Pyrofrost

I have Ar no Surge (which will probably be localized) preordered; but man, I really wish Ciel no Surge would have been localized.

  • megaten666

Ar NoSurge and Ciel NoSurge has anything to do with Ar Tonelico?

    • Pyrofrost

Ar no Surge is supposed to take place in the distant past, pre-AT1
Ciel no Surge was made as a spiritual successor to the AT series, iirc.

      • aquagon

Both are prequels to Ar tonelico.

        • Pyrofrost

I see, thanks for the correction then. I wasn’t aware that Ciel was actually canon.

          • aquagon

Considering that Ar nosurge is as much a prequel to Ar tonelico as it is a direct sequel to Ciel nosurge, I don’t see why to doubt it.

          • Pyrofrost

I didn’t doubt you, I thanked you for providing me with information that I wasn’t aware of. What more do you want?

  • crimsonidol

I know it’s hopeless but a localization of Ciel NoSurge would be nice. I tried the demo and even though I didn’t understand any word, but I got a crush on Ion. -.-“

    • neocatzon

Fine example of beauty beyond race, language, and dimension. Tough luck trying to break the dimension wall.

  • Kumiko Akimoto

I was pretty sure ciel was already on psn plus.

    • Nyum

It was a few months back, then it got removed, and now it is back on PSN+ again.

      • Pedro Furtado

For which I’m really thankful, since I didn’t get it back then even though I had Plus…

You’re Japanese, right, Ouria? I’m looking for Japanese video game playing friends to practice Japanese :( wanna be friends?

  • Genjo

  • aquagon

By the way, if anyone is wondering how the Ayatane in this game looks like, here is an image of him:

Additionally, Gust announced today two pieces of DLC that add Kanon and Ney for the conversations during the Purifications. They said that anyone that plays the game between its release date and before both pieces of DLC get released next March 20th can have one of them for free, and both are priced at 300 yen.

    • Pyrofrost

      Nice find!
