Sony Moved 6 Million PlayStation 4 Units Worldwide

Sony Computer Entertainment announced six million PS4s have been shipped globally as of March 2, 2014. This figure includes the 370,000 consoles sold through when the system launched in Japan on February 22.

 

Sony states PS4 software sales are at 13.7 units shipped to stores and digital downloads as of March 2. This figure includes Japanese games like Yakuza: Restoration and indie games like Don’t Starve: Console Edition.
