Labyrinth Cross Blood Infinity’s Strongest Weapon Is The Developer’s Sword

Experience, the developers of Student of the Round and Demon Gaze, also made Labyrinth Cross Blood Infinity for PlayStation Vita. Update version 1.01 adds PlayStation Vita TV support and a new monster drawn by Tetsu Kurosawa, the artist from Demon Gaze. The monster appears after you clear the Omega Filed mission.

Players can also find a super rare item, God Muramasa, a blade that’s even stronger than Muramasa Heave. The joke is the dungeon RPG developers at Experience are called Team Muramasa. The patch also has various bug fixes.

In addition to Demon Gaze, Experience also has Tokyo New World Record in development which was supposed to be published by Cyberfront before they closed their publishing business.

For those not in the know, these guys are tangentially related to the Class of Heroes and Etrian Odyssey teams. It would take a while to explain, but basically back in the day the original team made “Wizardry Xth Generation”. They broke up after making “Wizardry Xth Generation 2” which was based in a post-apocalyptic Japan and had a school theme. Part of the team went on to use Xth 2’s code to make Class of Heroes, others split off to join the Elminage (I think?) and Etrian Odyssey teams, and the rest formed Team Muramasa.

It sure as hell isn’t the editor’s pen. Like so many others, that name makes NO sense.
