Update: Capcom have confirmed to Siliconera that Decapre will not be available in arcades at launch.
Before Ultra Street Fighter IV comes home, Capcom will bring the next version of Street Fighter IV to Japanese arcades. Yoshinori Ono announced the arcade version is scheduled to come out on April 17, Dengeki reports. Ultra Street Fighter IV adds five characters—Elena, Rolento, Poison, Hugo, and Decapre, who is playable for the first time in the Street Fighter series. However, Decapre will not be playable in the arcade version of the game on launch day, according to EventHubs, who say that she will be added to the game via an update patch at a later date. Ultra Street Fighter IV is slated for release this June for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
