Nintendo Packing 3DS XL With Recommended Software In Japan

By Spencer . April 13, 2014 . 10:42pm

image Nintendo of Japan has a new promotion in Japan that adds a “recommended” game download as a bonus when you purchase a new Nintendo 3DS XL beginning on April 26.

3DS XL purchasers get a voucher redeemable for a game chosen by Nintendo.

The first two recommended titles are Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Yo-kai Watch. Level-5’s cross media series has become immensely popular in Japan and Nintendo highlighting the 3DS game should give it another boost. Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Yo-kai Watch will be available as recommended games until May 31. Another set of recommended games will be announced then.

Users get a voucher to download one Nintendo recommended game if they buy a 3DS XL between April 26 and September 30. The voucher can be used to get one game, but it doesn’t have to be either of these games. You can wait until the June titles are announced or later, but the voucher will expire on September 30.

I preordered a Persona Q 3DS XL, I’m wondering if this will be included in Limited Edition 3DS’ses too. If so, then horray!

Where did you preorder from? Been looking for a site to reserve my copy.

Got mine on Amiami, preorder has been closed/sold out for weeks now. You might have some chances on Nippon Yasan tho.

          Thanks, I’ll try that.
