The framerate is gonna be so bad. Wish it was on ps3, instead.

    • SupaPhly

as long as the game is optimized for vita, there should be minimal frame rate issues.

    • Anime10121

Why, not saying i wouldnt rather have it on PS3 as well, but the PS3 game’s framerate wasnt all that impressive either :P

Not that it really matters though, as they play well enough for the budget to me :P

    • Altin

And how can you know that without seeing a single trailer or gameplay footage? Do you happen to have a framerate detector for .jpeg images?

      • Impressionnant

Vita games aren’t known for their high framerate. Which is fine, because you don’t need a high framerate for most genre. However, this is an action game. Also, the other Nep games had framerate issues.

        • Altin

It really depends on how you interpret high framerates. If you refer to high framerates by “60 fps”, then yes. Other than that, there are not many PS3 games which achieve a better framerate either though. Suffice to say, as long as the Vita is their main platform, I doubt that they will have framerate issues. You need to consider that the team behind Senran Kagura is working on this game, i.e. Senran Kagura: SV as well. And that one had a decent framerate despite being a action game too.

  • I’ll get it when its announced for an English release

  • Liamv2

The gameplay looks good while still keeping the Neptunia art style. My main fear is that the frame rate may jitter due to the amount of enemies and particles on screen. Especially since it’s on the Vita.

    • Bobby Jennings

I dunno. Dynasty Warriors Next runs hella good on Vita.

  • Victor Wesker

Just only one character without support character? It will be more fun fight with support character or change characters on the fly.

    • Kenny Loh

The game din’t revealed much information yet, so it still not sure if it will be having support characters or not, but like you say, it would be more fun fight along with support characters.

  • RoboAddy

Why is everyone bitching about the frame rate? We haven’t even seen any video yet.
This the same developers as SKSV, which runs great on the Vita.

    • Liamv2

I just looked them up. It seems I have nothing to fear after all I was just worried since the PS3 games tend to stutter from time to time.

    • DesmaX

Well, this is using the Neptunia engine, not the Senran one.

And PP doesn’t run very smooth, and that’s a far less “busy” game.

      • RoboAddy

Where did you read that it was using the neptunia engine? I would assume it’d be on the same engine as Shinovi Versus. Why would they put an action game on the same engine as a turn-based rpg?

    • Kenny Loh

Let me explains this, the answer is not very hard, haters hate on everythings and write whatever they want.

  • Bobby Jennings

As long as they fix the framerate…

Seriously there’s always framerate issues with the HDN games.

    • RoboAddy

What framerate? Pictures have frame rates?

      • Bobby Jennings

I’m sorry did it look like I mentioned pictures?

        I apologize

    • The rebirth games run at 60fps. You’ve nothing to worry about.

      • Bobby Jennings

        Oh really? Excited then.

  • OtoriGolden

    Chest Buster!

  • Kornelious

From these pictures it kind of looks like an action JRPG where-in you fight the enemies and get to explore a bit which is awesome :)
I thought at first it was just “Beat all the enemies in the immediate area”

  • Sentsuizan_93

I’m digging this. I’m totally digging this.

  • I’m liking what I’m seeing.

  • Kayriss Wins

If this is made by the same developers as SKSV I wonder if there’s a chance that some Senran’s will show up as playable characters :D

  • Bob Slim

All i can say is come out west day 1 buy for me

  • PreyMantis

    Wii U confirmed.

    • Somebodyissilent

Wow the Wii U is stealing Vita games now? That’s just sad.

      • PreyMantis

        I guess you didn’t get the joke…
Let me explain. Some Nintendo games have this thing going on where certain games either abbreviates the console’s name or uses a part of the console’s name in their titles(e.g. DS= Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Guilty Gear: Dust Strikers, Advance Wars: Dual Strike; 3DS= Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, and all the other games that have 3D on them; Wii= Wiisports, Wiifit, etc.; Wii U= Zombie U, Wii Party U, etc.). That’s the joke, which some people here didn’t get as apparent to your comment and upvotes.

        • Somebodyissilent

That’s the joke that I was also making….

        • I never noticed that about the DS games. Now that I think of it, there are a lot of games that do that. Mind=blown.

    • Kenny Loh

haha funny in first i though this game is going to be the first wii U exclusive dimension game, but who know it is a Vita exclusive :P

  • DragKudo

Awesome been waiting for a game like this.

  • Loli Summoner

  • Tyler Beale

Well well, looks like we’re continuing to recycle level designs….yet again.
