Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution follows the anime series and includes the Shinobi World War arc. CyberConnect2 also has two original stories in the fighting game – Birth of the Akatsuki and The two Uchiha. Both plots will be complimented with animation from Studio Pierrot.
Players will see Deidara, Sasori, Hidan, and Kakuzu before they joined the Akatsuki. Orochimaru is in the game as an Akatsuki member.
More emphasis is placed on selecting your team in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution because certain teams can do joint Ultimate Jutsus.

Other characters are utilize the Support Drive system to put pressure on an opponent and Awakening type characters like Mecha-Naruto can take out enemies by transforming. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is slated for release this fall on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
