While Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed has some extra features on PlayStation 4 like an option to change how the world looks, Acquire hasn’t said anything about the male portraits that were made for the Western release. Xseed hasn’t said anything about bringing over the PS4 version either and we’ll ask them again about that during E3.
