Action MMORPG game Tera: Uprising’s in-game world is shaking up with an upcoming update that will add four new dungeons and a pile of new gear.

These dungeons, which range from single player all the way to 10-man groups, are intended for end-game players and will drop some great loot if you’re successful. There’s also a new bunch of player-versus-player equipment that will be released with the update.

One sample dungeon is Lakan’s Prison, above. This five-man dungeon has players trying to ensure the breaking out of a god fails. Or all is lost. Which is usually the case.

Tera is an action MMORPG, where players have to actively adjust themselves to block blows or dodge out of the way of attacks.

The Wounded World update will arrive July 8th. You can check out all the loot available and see videos of the other three dungeons here.

After playing this for so many years i’m really burned out and don’t think i’ll be going back even though i love the game, xD.

Can’t wait to see they’re next game with a bigger budget.

I quit playing after they put a cap on crafting. A player used to be able to craft everything, as long as they put the time and money into it. They recently released content that forced players to specialize in a specific craft to get higher levels into that it. If I wanted that, I would have continued to play WoW….

Sounds like you’d be interest in FFXIV? You can cap every craft in that game (craft anything), no restrictions.

Thanks for the tip! I have a few friends that play, so that may give me the push I needed to start.

I keep meaning to go back to Tera. I was so close to having everything in the game. And I was planning on gets lots and lots of gold and gear for my guild and helping them for all they helped me(they would let me borrow money from their bank sometimes, just so that I could buy new stuff from the auction house, which was more expensive and more rare on the roleplaying server).

So I wanted to pay them back. And I wanted to finally get Visionmaker gear. Which was the best gear in the game at the time I was playing it. Now I’m not sure if that’s the best gear, since I think it’s been over a year since I’ve played. I had all Regent and Queen’s Wrath armor and an Abyss weapon at +10 or above when I stopped playing. And was getting a little better at facing Shandra Manaya bit by bit(which is necessary to get Visionmaker, since you can’t sell or trade some of the necessary crafting materials for making it), and my guild was very gracious in teaching me how to face Shandra Manaya even though I was a slow learner about the rings and the phases and things like that.

But I quit when my computer started shutting down while playing due to overheating. I found out that it was caused by my desktop getting lots of dust in it again. And since fixing it and buying two new computers, I still haven’t logged back in, even though I’ve meant to for over a year.

I’m just too afraid I think of the reactions from my guild, wondering where I went for so long. That the people I know and love will be gone. That I’ll have forgotten how to do most things and be worse than ever at helping with Nightmare Meldita and Nightmare Shandra Manaya. And that my guildmates would have to “carry” me. And that things will be so different, that it would take me a long time to catch up on everything. And I’m also afraid of getting addicted to it. I got a little too addicted to Tera the last time I was playing.

So I guess it’s anxiousness. There’s a lot awaiting me if I just log in again. And I have to take the time to log in, download the 30 GB or more game, and then all that waits me if I do log in. I probably should go ahead with it. But there’s so many games to play…

Don’t be anxious. MMO people for the most part are used to coming and going =W=

Heck,if it was something serious i would be on meds from the first year of WoW alone :3

I’ve been meaning to actually play this, got to get my cpu back up first.
