Star Fish is bringing another dungeon crawler to the Nintendo 3DS. Elminage Another Story: Amenomihashira Kai starts out in modern Japan with two high school students who are whisked away into the Feudal era. Instead of creating party members, Elminage Another Story has a monster catching system and is more story driven than other games in the series. Players can capture over 300 monsters which are based on Japanese folklore. If all of this sounds a little familiar, that’s because Elminage Another Story is a port of a PSP game from 2012. The Nintendo 3DS version comes out in Japan on August 28. No plans have been announced for a Western release, but Elminage Gothic will be released for PC care of Ghostlight, so there may be a sliver of a chance for Elminage Another Story as well.
