Want to make a role playing game on the go? That’s what RPG Creator lets you do. This software is essentially a touchscreen take on RPG Maker that lets players design a RPG with a Dragon Quest style battle system.
You can create water with the tip of your finger, create villagers that say "Hello," and plan events all without programming. RPG Creator includes monster graphics, sound effects, music, and character sprites. An update allows aspiring RPG makers to share their RPG and download other people’s works.
RPG Creator is available now on iTunes, but it looks like it’s only in Japanese.
