If You Cheated While Playing Split-Screen Shooters, Here’s A Game For You

Recommended Videos

Did you ever play split-screen multiplayer matches in first-person shooters with friends and cheat by looking at their part of the screen to find out where they were? Screencheat is game in which doing that is the only way to win.

It’s a new local and online multiplayer game in which every player is invisible. The screen is cut up into however many players there are, and then you all run and leap around the arena trying to find each other.

The areas in each level are color-coded so you can tell where the other players are with a glance. However, you’re not going to want to spend too long looking at everyone else’s screen, as they’ll be looking at yours, and coming for you.

On top of the central idea, Screencheat is also rather barmy – it’s fast-paced, and the weapons include Blunderbusses, candlesticks, and wind-up teddy bears.

If you fancy giving it a go, it’s available to purchase for $14.99 (launch discounted to $13.49) on Steam, or you can get the Deluxe Edition for the game, the soundtrack, and three exclusive Rag dolls for $24.99 (discounted at $22.49) on Steam or the official website.
