Dragon Ball Xenoverse, the Dragon Ball game from Dimps where you fix the series fractured history, has some familiar characters from Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods. Beerus and Whis are confirmed to be in the game’s Time Patrol Quest story mode. It looks like Towa and Mira, the new antagonists introduced in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, may have changed events from the movie.
One of the giant boss battles in Dragon Ball Xenoverse is a fight with Great Ape Vegeta. Each boss has a weakness players can exploit. If you get stuck you can log online and team up with friends to take on Great Ape Vegeta.
More screenshots show The World Tournament done Dragon Ball Xenoverse style and training mode where your custom character can learn moves from characters like Goku. Dragon Ball Xenoverse is scheduled to come out this February for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. A PC version is also in the works.
