Nitroplus announced that they’re working on a new fighting game similar to Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, but instead of characters like Asuna and Kirito, Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel will have the likes of Super Sonico and other Nitroplus characters. Famitsu shares a first look.
As previously reported, Arcana Heart and Aquapazza makers Examu are developing the game, and they want to put more emphasis on partner characters and combos that can be pulled off with ease.
Judging by the above screenshots, it looks like each playable character will have two support characters they can call out, and they also seem to have their own cooldown times as well, so you might need to use them timely, depending on how fast or slow it takes to charge up.
The above characters in Ein (Phantom of Inferno), More (Vampirdzhija Vjedogonia), and Muramasa (Full Metal Daemon: Muramasa) have been confirmed alongside Super Sonico and Saber from the Fate series.
As far as support characters go, Nitroplus have confirmed that Spica from Sumaga (Star Mine Girl), Natsumi Aihara from Hello World, and Dragon from Dra†KoI will all be participating in the upcoming fighter.
Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel will launch in Japanese arcades sometime in 2015.
