Swedish developer Hello There has released its 1v1 fighting game The Taekwondo Game – Global Tournament on the global iOS and Android app stores.
It’s a competitive fighter designed to emulate proper Taekwondo sparring. So you can expect to be doing a lot of kicking to the waist and up in matches.
The game has virtual controls with left and right movement, a block button, and three separate buttons for attack. Winners aren’t those that spam the buttons usually, but those that can keep their distance, react to their opponent’s moves, and pick their shots.
If you get fed up of facing the AI in the single player tournaments then you can hook up to fight against a mate in local wi-fi matches.
You can download The Taekwondo Game for free on the App Store and Google Play for free. It is supported by optional in-app purchases. Check out the game’s website for more information.
