One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 will have a couple more playable pirates. A scan from Jump confirms Alvada (the Alvada who already ate the Devil Fruit) will be in the upcoming game carrying a huge iron mace as a weapon.

Tashigi (without her glasses) is also confirmed to be a playable character in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 comes out on March 26 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4. Bandai Namco confirmed a North American released and they will bring the game to Steam.
