Yo-kai Watch Is So Big Even The Yo-kai Watch Yo-kai Pad Is Sold Out Everywhere

The biggest gaming success of 2014 is Yo-kai Watch 2 from Level-5. The series which has players catch Japanese ghouls is a humongous hit with kids and Level-5 made tons of Yo-kai Watch goods including a Yo-kai Watch Yo-kai Pad. This isn’t a tablet, but a cute device that reads Yo-kai Medals.

The toy just came out in Japan on January 17 and it’s sold out everywhere. Inside Games reports the Yo-kai Watch Yo-kai Pad is being sold on Yahoo! Auctions and other sites above the retail price, somewhat similar to how rare amiibos are scalped on eBay.
