Edea Will Be One Of The Main Characters In Bravely Second

During a recent livestream for Bravely Second, producer Tomoya Asano confirmed that Bravely Default heroine Edea Lee will return in the sequel. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine shares a first look at her.

The image shows Edea, who is now a little older and sports a blue ribbon. The report also mentions that she’s now the leader of the Imperial Guard knights, and is also one of the main characters in Bravely Second, but it doesn’t specify whether she’ll be completely playable, if at all.

According to the report, Edea will be around to “judge” the Asterisk holders that appeared in the previous game. There’s also a new feature called the “Barter Sub-Scenario System” that is mentioned in Famitsu. More information on the new Patissier job will be available in this week’s issue as well.

Bravely Second will release in Japan on April 23, 2015 for Nintendo 3DS.
