The villain shown in the magazine scan is known as the Demon God Démigra, and is known as the one that has been pulling the strings surrounding the mysterious change in history.
He works alongside the other main villains, Towa and Mira, but his objective as to why he’s re-writing history still remains unknown.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse is slated for release on February 24 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. The PC version releases on February 27, 2015.
