Cornfox & Bros is remastering its iOS Wind Waker-like action adventure Oceanhorn – Monster of Uncharted Seas for PC. As the trailer above reveals it will be available on Steam on March 17th.
Originally released in 2013, Oceanhorn has you playing a young adventurer who wakes up to find that his father has gone, leaving only an old notebook and a mysterious necklace. From there, you travel across the islands of Uncharted Seas facing dangers, solving puzzles, and finding secrets.
You can expect plenty of monsters and bosses to fight, sailing across a glistening blue ocean, and a soundtrack by Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy composer) and Kenji Ito (Mana series composer).
While the details of this remastered version have yet to be announced, it’s possible to see that it does at least bear all of the visual improvements made to the game in December 2014. Obviously, the controls will have to be suited to keyboard and, presumably, controllers as well.
