Clash Swords With Hulking Guardians In Stormblades

Kiloo Games and Emerald City Games have released the gesture-based sword-fighting action game Stormblades on iOS and Android.

It has you playing as a young warrior who has to earn his rites of passage by slaying a series of Keepers inside ruins. The Keepers are huge and muscular, so it doesn’t take much for them to destroy you—slamming a giant hammer on to you head will probably do the trick.

So it’s in your interest to dodge and parry all of the Keepers’ attacks with taps and swipes while also slashing apart their armor to expose their weak points. Then you can target their softer flesh and dish out some significant damage.

As you battle through the challenges in Stormblades you’ll be able to upgrade your sword and infuse it with mystical powers at ancient altars. Getting these power won’t, however, negate the need to react quickly to each Keeper’s attacks and avoid damage.

You can find out more about Stormblades on its website.
