Godzilla For PS4 Has A Throwback To Black & White Monster Movies

Bandai Namco’s Godzilla game is a homage to the movies. The PlayStation 4 version goes all the way back to Godzilla’s monochrome beginnings with Showa mode.

Turn this on and the PS4 game will display in black and white with film noise. Showa mode is a DLC bonus with first print copies of Godzilla for PlayStation 4 aka Godzilla Vs. in Japan.

 

Godzilla will come out in North America for PS4 and PS3 on July 14. In the West, Hollywood Godzilla has been announced as a preorder bonus.
