The Legend of Zelda’s official Japanese Twitter page made a surprise announcement that Akira Himekawa, who authored The Legend of Zelda manga series from Ocarina of Time to Skyward Sword, will be returning to launch a new Legend of Zelda manga.

Akira Himekawa is actually a pen name used by two female manga artists who’ve been working together since 1991. They’ve chosen not to officially reveal their names, but currently go by the individual pen names of A. Honda and S. Nagano.

This will be the first time they’ve written for the series in seven years.
