3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Has An Unlockable Super Sonic Mode

sonic2aSega snuck a neat feature into 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2. If you beat the game on any mode you’ll unlock Super Sonic mode. When this is turned on Sonic will start the game with all of the Chaos Emeralds and 50 rings so you can turn into Super Sonic at any time.

3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is out now in Japan. The 3D version is scheduled to debut in the West at a later date.
