You Can Still Get Your Mega Man Successor Fix This September 15th

Upon hearing the news of Mighty No. 9’s delay, the creator of another apparent Mega Man successor has jumped on the opportunity to present their own game.

It’s called 20XX and it’s said to play like Mega Man X. It has local and online co-op for up to two people, procedurally generated levels, and over 100 collectible weapons, items, and power ups.

Mighty No. 9 was due out on September 15th in North America so it’s probably no coincidence that the first beta build of 20XX is due to arrive on Steam Early Access on September 15th. Currently, you can purchase it on Early Access but it’s only an alpha build.
