Street Fighter V Introduces Its New Fighter Rashid [Update]

During the Games 15 video games show in Dubai, Capcom revealed the latest character with Rashid, a new wind-based fighter.

The above video is a sample of how Rashid fights, and as you can see, he has the power of wind on his side, which he uses in tornado-like fashion against his opponents.
