Street Fighter V’s Laura Gets Her First Trailer

Recommended Videos

Last week, Famitsu leaked images of Laura, the new, original character coming to Capcom’s Street Fighter V. Now, another leak has resulted in the first video footage of the woman in action. EB Games New Zealand has uploaded footage of Laura to their YouTube account.

The EB Games NZ video information also confirms some details about Laura’s fighting style. She uses Matsuda Jiu-Jitsu. She has English voice acting, and relies on kicks and lightning-infused punches. Laura also appears to have a rolling electric attack that greatly resembles Blanka’s Lightning Cannonball.

Capcom has yet to officially reveal Laura. However, the company will be appearing at the 2015 New York Comic Con and will host a Street Fighter V panel.

Street Fighter V will come to the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC in 2016. The next beta begins on October 22.
