A new The Legend of Legacy launch trailer has been released by Nintendo. In addition to a brief overview of the island of Avalon, the trailer briefly shows a few of the game’s heroes and heroines, as well as the map-making and battle elements.

The Legend of Legacy’s Meurs, Bianca, Liber, Filma, and Garnet all get a moment in the video. The video also shows how the map is automatically drawn as a player explores an area. Completed maps can be sold in town for money. Finally, it shows off some of the special skills that can be acquired through hard work in the game. Pay close attention, and you’ll see the Eloise in the trailer can use the Wristchop, Feint Strike, Precision Swing, Overhead Chop, Leg Twister, Fluid Strike, Grand Chariot, and Magister’s Mark Walking Stick skills.

Atlus and FuRyu’s The Legend of Legacy will come to the Nintendo 3DS on October 13. It will cost $39.99, and launch copies will include a 10 track soundtrack and 40 page artbook.
