Galak-Z Brings Its Love Letter To ‘80s Anime To Steam On October 29th

17-Bit released its love letter to anime known as Galak-Z for PlayStation 4 back in August. The PlayStation Vita version has been cancelled but, luckily, the PC version has not.

As you can see in the announcement trailer above Galak-Z will be swooping onto Steam on October 29th.

If you’re not familiar with the game, it’s an open-world shooter with a gorgeous cel-shaded look (check out those orange explosions) and scripted missions.

Your ship is customizable so that, while whipping circles around enemies, your loadout may let you barrage them with missiles, laser fire, or perhaps even let you move in for a mech-style throw.
