Cave’s First Shooter On Steam Dated For November 5th

We knew that Cave would be bringing its fantasy shooter Mushihimesama, or Bug Princess, to Steam this winter. What we didn’t know was the exact date.

Now the game’s Steam page has been updated with exactly that information. It will arrive on Steam on November 5th.

“Over the next week or two we’ll be posting some more information and previews for the game,” writes Cave upon announcing the date. “If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here, on the Steam forums, or on our Facebook page.”

As Siliconera noted before, the Steam version of Bug Princess will have three game modes (“Normal,” “Arrange,” and “Novice”), various difficulty settings ranging from Original to Ultra, online leaderboards, and will have the "Matsuri" Mode available as optional DLC (“Crank up the multiplier by firing close to enemies, but beware, as the bullet speed will also increase”).

You can see a mini-preview of the Steam version of Bug Princess in action here.
