Meet Arnice And Lilysse, Nights of Azure’s BFFs

Recommended Videos

Nights of Azure, one of Koei Tecmo and Gust’s newest games, focuses on the friendship of two heroines who are very different people. Despite their contrary natures, the two are best friends and the bond between the two will help determine the outcome of Nights of Azure, since players will be able to make decisions as Arnice that influence Lilysse.

Arnice is the heroine players control in Nights of Azure. She’s a human who has demon blood inside of her, meaning she can battle the Azure-blooded monsters and live to tell about it. This also allows her to summon monsters to act as allies, as well as use a sword to fight foes. This comes in quite handy in a place like Ruswal, where the Azure demons emerge every night to attack.

Lilysee doesn’t share her friend’s powers. You could consider Arnice the dark and Lilysee the light in Nights of Azure. As a saint, Lilysee has her own abilities that will play a part in Arnice’s quest. The game’s multiple endings depend on how players have Arnice respond to questions throughout the game.
