Euclidean Lands Brings Puzzle Combat To A Rubik’s Cube-Like World

Euclidean Lands is a grid-based puzzle combat game with a style all of its own. For starters, its grid is spread across a Rubik’s Cube-like world that morphs into new shapes as you travel across it.

You tap on a square to move your character – who comes armed with a spear – across the world. But you can spin individual parts of this cube world and create new paths to flank or otherwise get the advantage over enemies.

It’s not only combat that this mechanic serves either. Changing the layout of the cubes also unveils new hovering text that tells the medieval story at its heart. It’s a pretty nifty trick.
