Koei Tecmo producer Yosuke Hayashi and voice actress Ruriko Aoki shared the latest on the upcoming 3DS title Hyrule Warriors Legends with a look at some gameplay footage.
The footage starts at around the 1:55 mark of the video, where Ruriko Aoki, who says she’s spent at least a several thousand hours The Legend of Zelda games, gives us a basic look at how the game plays along with details from the producer.
While most of the footage is to show off its basics for newer players, we get a good look at some gameplay, including some of the characters in action and the King Dodongo boss fight.
Towards the end of the video they demonstrate the Cucco appearance in the game, and what happens if you attack it. We all know what happens afterwards. Hayashi jokingly scolds Aoki and says that that’s what happens when you pick on Cucco. That said, he encourages players to try attacking it for themselves.
Hyrule Warriors Legends will release in Japan on January 21, and North America and Europe on March 25, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
