The BlazBlue Prequel Visual Novel, XBlaze Code: Embryo, Is Coming To PCs

Recommended Videos

Aksys and Arc System Works are porting XBlaze Code: Embryo, formerly a PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita exclusive, to PCs. This prequel to BlazBlue takes place 150 years before the events of the first game.

In XBlaze Code: Embryo, what you read determines the course of the story. It follows Toya, a young man who can hear strange things, and Es, a small, female soldier who appears and protects him. The visual novel has over 10 endings and what you do and don’t pay attention to in the TOi System determines which one you’ll end up getting.

XBlaze Code: Embryo will be released on Steam on March 1, 2016. It is immediately available for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. A price has not been mentioned, but both the console and handheld versions are $19.99 in the PlayStation Store.
