Previously, Square Enix announced a Day One Edition of Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness alongside the North American release date. Now, the company has announced a collector’s edition for both North America and Europe.
Some of the content can also be found in the Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness Day One Edition. There’s music from Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth and Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria to swap for the game’s standard in-battle music. You also get the Bushybrume Cincture, Gold Bunny Statue, Ring of the Valkyries, Secret Stahlian Tome, and Wristlet of the Stars to equip on characters for positive status effects
It’s the tangible bonuses that are new to the Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness Collector’s Edition. The Art of Star Ocean 80-page art book and 16-track The Sounds of Star Ocean soundtrack CD are included in the set. People also get eight art cards, a Pangalactic Federation ID card, and a steelbook to hold the game. There’s also a code for in-battle music from Star Ocean: First Departure, Star Ocean: The Second Story, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and Star Ocean: The Last Hope. All of this comes in a collector’s edition box.
Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness will come to North American PlayStation 4s on June 28, 2016. It will appear in Europe a few days later on July 1, 2016. The Collector’s Editions are only available through the Square Enix Online Store. It’s $109.99 in North America and €98,99 in Europe.
