Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky will be coming to North American PlayStation 4s and PlayStation Vitas. Aksys will be localizing the Spike Chunsoft and tri-Ace JRPG.

In Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky, players follow Kujo Kanata, one of 12 Tokyo teenagers killed when the soul of Yamatoga, an evil god, exploded. As a result of the blast, each one has a bit of Yamatoga’s soul inside of them, making them an immortal with the powers of a god. They awake on another planet, called Protolexa, where they’ll become embroiled in a battle with other gods.

People playing Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky will note that it has quite a bit in common with Valkyrie Profile, another tri-Ace JRPG. It has a side-view perspective and a battle system where each character has an attack corresponding to one of the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation Vita’s action buttons.
