Square Enix is celebrating the Dragon Quest series’ 30th anniversary this year with a special NicoNico Live stream on May 26, 2016 at 9:30pm JST.
While not much is known about what to expect from the event, we’ll likely get plenty on Dragon Quest Heroes II as it releases on the same date of the broadcast. Perhaps we may even see something new for Dragon Quest XI.
Series creator Yuji Horii will be there along with executive producer Yuu Miyake and TV personality Ayana Tsubaki as the MC for the event.
