Recommended Videos

Etrian Odyssey V is releasing in Japan on August 4 and Atlus announced that the game is getting a demo starting July 20, which will allow you to transfer data to the game when it releases.

While no details were shared as far as what you’ll get to do in the demo, everything from your created characters, levels, skills, and items will carry over from the demo to the full release. Everything from the character create to game system will be the same in the demo and the full version as well.

Additionally, a pre-load for Etrian Odyssey V will be available starting on July 20, so players will get to jump right into the action should they go for the digital release.

Etrian Odyssey V will release in Japan on August 4, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
