NieR: Automata Developers Talk About The Game’s Setting, Gameplay And Music

Square Enix announced that their upcoming action RPG, NieR: Automata, by Platinum Games, is headed to PC via Steam. In an interview with IGN at Gamescom 2016, producer Yosuke Saito and composer Keiichi Okabe had more to share on the upcoming title.

The interview starts out with a look at NieR: Automata’s latest trailer, followed by some talk about the game’s setting, a little tease on familiar characters that will appear in the game, its battle system, weapon stories, and more.

NieR: Automata releases in 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PC. In case you missed it, Yosuke Saito mentioned earlier that he wants to put together a lengthy demo for fans to try out the game.
