During this morning’s Nintendo Direct presentation, the company announced that Animal Crossing is getting a “mini-Direct” for this fall. In the North American stream, Nintendo didn’t share a specific date for the Direct presentation, but Japan got November 2, 2016. No other details were revealed for the live stream, but we can expect to hear more about their upcoming smartphone app for the series that is expected to release this fall alongside one for the Fire Emblem series.
