D3 Publisher has been pretty busy recently with several new games in the works. One of them is the upcoming PSVR title, Happy Manager, a love sim that will have you interact with three female tenants as an apartment building manager. Here’s a first look from Famitsu.
As detailed in our earlier report, you’ll take on the role of an apartment manager with a building that houses three girls. The conversations with the tenants in first-person view, and will also get to check them out through various activities such as going to the swimming pool or the fitness gym.
The game boasts over 28,000 recorded lines, and you don’t even need a PlayStation VR to play the game. You can read more details on the game, including a description of the three girls in our previous report.
Happy Manager releases in Japan in Winter 2016 for PlayStation 4.
