Square Enix shared a first look at bonus mini-crystal stands that lucky fans in Japan will get for pre-ordering Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]   The mini-crystal stands feature Sora and other characters from Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8.
